Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book any time, however, bookings get very busy in the summer time. Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, a £20 deposit is required for a standard hire. We accept card or BACS.

Q: How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, however, we also accept card or BACS payments on our arrival.

Q: What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at any time prior to your booking slot, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. Booking deposits are non refundable in the event of cancellation but can be used against another hire date.
Q: What happens in the event of bad weather?
In the event of forecasted heavy, persistent rain or strong winds (above 24 mph) bouncy castle hires will have to be postponed, swapped for indoor hire items, a hot tub or cancelled.

Q: How long do I get the equipment for?
Varies depending on what you're hiring. Please see page specific details.

Q: Do you hire overnight?
Yes

Q: What if it rains or is really windy?
Unfortunately the bouncy castles cannot be operated in heavy rain or strong wind conditions due to safety reasons.

Q: Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
If it is a slight slope it may be possible, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

Q: How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 20 minutes to set up and 20 - 30 minutes to pack up. However, this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which inflatable you hire and ease of access.

Q: When I hire the bouncy castle is there anything I need to provide?
You will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply and I.D. (i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc.) which forms part of the hire agreement.

Q: Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes, we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.

Q: Do you carry public liability insurance?
Yes, we carry £5 million pounds in full public liability insurance. All current safety and insurance documents are available to view on request.

Q: Do you do both indoor & outdoor events?
Yes

Q: How safe are the bouncy castles that you supply?
Very safe. All our bouncy castles were bought from brand new and each come with their own safety certificates. All our hire equipment is either PiPA, rpii or PAT tested annually.

Q: Can you provide supervisors for my event?

Q: Are your bouncy castles clean?
Yes, the bouncy castles are checked and wiped down after each use to ensure that they are clean. We do ask that if you make a mess on our equipment, that you clean it up as quickly and safely as possible. If there is a substantial mess, a cleaning charge will be billed to you as stated in the contract.
