T&C's Bell Tents

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to the children and/or adults using the bell tent or damage to the bell tent itself.

Guests agree, for themselves and on behalf of the other occupants of the tent they have booked:

  1. Not to use any heating, cooking, gas appliances, electric heaters, or any fire, candle or other naked flame inside the tent.

  2. When the tent is unoccupied, to keep it closed and secure.

  3. Not to tamper with the structure or any part of the equipment or to affix or suspend any item from the tent

  4. No smoking or vaping is permitted in or within 2.5 metres of tents (£100 fine)

  5. Not to bring animals into tents

  6. To leave the tents in a clean and tidy condition with all personal belonging removed before we are due to arrive to dismantle the tent.

  7. To be charged for any damage or excessive soiling to the tents during the hire period.

  8. If the tents or the furniture are damaged or left in a seemingly unfit state we will not refund the full deposit.

  9. The person that has made the booking is wholly responsible for all of the tents and furnishings. If other guests at your event damage the goods we will not refund the full deposit, if any (depending on cost of the damage).

  10. Barbecue equipment or open fires outside are to be placed a minimum of 2.5 metres from the marquee or tent and not left unattended whilst in use.

We reserve the right to cancel any outdoor bookings due to heavy rain and/or strong winds.  Your deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is due to severe weather.
